Home Storia is a personal recordkeeping app for home construction, warranty, maintenance, document, and project history records. You are responsible for using the app lawfully, accurately, and appropriately for your circumstances.

Home Storia does not provide legal, engineering, architectural, inspection, construction, insurance, tax, or warranty advice. The app is not a substitute for licensed professionals, builder communications, official inspections, signed contracts, permits, or warranty claim requirements.
Record Accuracy and Backups
You are responsible for reviewing records before relying on them, preserving important files, and maintaining backups outside the app when needed. TenXsecurities LLC does not guarantee that app records will satisfy a builder, insurer, inspector, court, government agency, or warranty administrator.
Subscriptions and Purchases
Home Storia offers App Store subscriptions for Pro features. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled and can be managed through your Apple ID settings. Pricing and availability may vary by region. Existing records, exports, and backups remain available even without an active Pro subscription, but creating new records after the trial requires Pro access.
Apple App Store EULA
If you download Home Storia from the App Store, Apple's standard licensed application end user license agreement applies unless a separate EULA is provided in the App Store listing.
Acceptable Use
You may not use Home Storia or this website to violate law, infringe rights, upload malicious content, interfere with the app or website, or attempt unauthorized access to systems or data.
