Gun Room is designed as a local-first, private firearm inventory, maintenance, and range-log app. The app does not require an account, does not include ads, does not sell personal data, and does not upload firearm records to a TenXsecurities server.
Information You Enter in Gun Room
You may choose to enter firearm names, photos, serial numbers, notes, maintenance logs, range sessions, target scores, goals, and badge progress. This information is stored locally on your device unless you choose to export a backup file.
Photos, Camera, Microphone, and Notifications
- Camera and photo-library access are used to add firearm photos and assist setup using on-device recognition.
- Microphone access is used only when you start range-session listening for shot-count estimates.
- Local notifications may be used for maintenance reminders if you enable them.
Purchases
In-app purchases and subscriptions are processed by Apple through the App Store. TenXsecurities LLC does not receive your full payment card information. Apple may provide purchase status information needed to unlock Pro features.
Backups and Exports
If you export your data, Gun Room creates a user-controlled backup file. You are responsible for where you store or share that file. Backup files may contain sensitive firearm inventory details and photos.
Website Data
This website is hosted by Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare may process basic technical information such as IP address, browser type, request logs, and security signals to deliver and protect the site. TenXsecurities LLC does not use third-party advertising cookies on this website.
Data Sharing
TenXsecurities LLC does not sell your personal information. We may disclose information if required by law, to protect rights and security, or to operate services through providers such as Apple and Cloudflare.
Children
Gun Room is not directed to children. Firearm ownership and range activity are adult responsibilities and must comply with applicable law.
Security
Gun Room is designed to keep records local to your device, but no software or storage method is perfectly secure. Use device passcodes, biometric lock features, and careful backup storage for sensitive inventory information.
Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy as the app and website evolve. The effective date will be updated when material changes are made.
