Summary
Purrscope is designed as a private, local-first entertainment app. It does not require a TenXsecurities account, does not include advertising or tracking SDKs, does not use cloud AI, and does not upload cat photos, profiles, or horoscopes to a TenXsecurities server. TenXsecurities LLC does not sell Purrscope user data.
Information Stored in Purrscope
You may choose to create cat profiles and store names, profile details, cat photos, daily reading photos, generated Purrscopes, favorites, archive entries, reminder settings, and purchase-access status. This information is stored in Purrscope's local app storage on your iPhone. TenXsecurities LLC does not receive it.
Photos, Camera, and Cat Detection
Camera access is used only when you choose to take a cat photo. The system photo picker is used when you choose an existing image. Apple Vision analyzes the selected image on your iPhone to determine whether a cat is present and to identify usable visual details. If no cat is detected, Purrscope stops and asks you to take or choose another cat photo.
Apple Intelligence and On-Device Processing
- On iOS 26, Purrscope sends two verified, structured visual facts from Apple Vision to Apple's on-device language model to write the original mystical opening. The photograph itself is not sent to that language model or to a server.
- On iOS 27, supported builds may use Apple's on-device Foundation Models image-understanding capability to analyze the selected photograph directly on the iPhone.
- The remaining themed messages are selected from content bundled with the app. Processing does not use TenXsecurities servers or third-party cloud AI.
Sharing
Purrscope creates a share card only when you choose to share a reading. Apple's system share sheet lets you choose the destination. Once you share content with another app, person, or service, that recipient's privacy practices apply.
Reminders
If you enable a daily Purrscope reminder, the app requests notification permission and schedules a local notification on your iPhone. TenXsecurities LLC does not operate a notification server for Purrscope.
Purchases
The optional permanent unlock is processed by Apple through the App Store. TenXsecurities LLC does not receive your full payment-card information. Apple supplies the transaction and entitlement status needed to unlock or restore access. Apple's privacy policy governs information Apple processes for App Store purchases.
Analytics, Advertising, and Tracking
Purrscope does not include third-party analytics, advertising, or cross-app tracking SDKs. Apple may provide developers with aggregated App Store and product-performance information according to your Apple settings and Apple's policies; this does not give TenXsecurities LLC access to your Purrscope photos or readings.
Deleting Your Data
You can delete individual readings and cat profiles inside Purrscope. Settings also includes a confirmed “Delete All App Data” action that removes Purrscope's local profiles, photos, readings, archives, and preferences. Deleting the app removes its local app container, subject to any device backups or shared copies you maintain separately. App Store purchase history is maintained by Apple and cannot be deleted by Purrscope.
Website Data
The Purrscope pages are hosted through Cloudflare. Cloudflare may process basic technical information such as IP address, browser type, request logs, and security signals to deliver and protect the site. TenXsecurities LLC does not use third-party advertising cookies on these pages.
Data Sharing and Legal Requirements
TenXsecurities LLC does not sell Purrscope user information. We may disclose information we actually possess if required by law or when reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, and security. Because Purrscope content remains on your device, TenXsecurities LLC generally cannot access or provide that content.
Children
Purrscope is not directed to children under 13. A parent or guardian should supervise use by a child and control any photos or information stored or shared.
Security
Local-first design reduces transmission of personal content, but no device or storage method is perfectly secure. Protect your iPhone with a passcode and keep iOS current. Be careful when sharing cards or maintaining device backups.
Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy as Purrscope, Apple frameworks, or the website evolves. The effective date will be updated when material changes are made.
