Common questions
- What does Purrscope require?
Purrscope supports iOS 26 or later and requires an Apple Intelligence-capable iPhone with Apple Intelligence available to author new horoscope openings. Availability can depend on device, language, region, and whether Apple's on-device models have finished downloading. - Where are my photos and Purrscopes stored?
Cat profiles, photos, generated readings, favorites, and archives are stored locally in Purrscope's app storage on your iPhone. Purrscope has no TenXsecurities account or cloud sync. - Does Purrscope upload my cat's photo?
No. Apple Vision and Apple Intelligence processing used by Purrscope runs on the iPhone. Purrscope does not send the photo to TenXsecurities or a third-party cloud AI service. - Why does Purrscope say no cat was found?
Use a clear photo where the cat is visible and reasonably large in the frame. Avoid heavy blur, extreme darkness, distant cats, or major obstructions. When no cat is detected, Purrscope stops and asks you to take or choose a new image. - Why is Apple Intelligence unavailable?
Confirm that Apple Intelligence is enabled in iPhone Settings, your device and selected language are supported, and the on-device models have finished downloading. Keeping the iPhone on Wi-Fi and power may help model preparation complete. Then reopen Purrscope and try again. - Why does Purrscope need camera access?
Camera permission is used only when you choose to take a cat photo. You can still choose an existing image with Apple's photo picker. Permission can be reviewed under iPhone Settings → Privacy & Security → Camera. - How does the seven-day preview work?
The full Purrscope experience is available for seven days. After the preview, an optional one-time permanent unlock is required for continued full access. There is no subscription or recurring charge. - How do I restore the permanent unlock?
Open Purrscope Settings or the unlock screen and choose Restore Purchase while signed in to the same Apple Account used for the original purchase. If Apple reports no purchase, confirm the account and review your App Store purchase history. - How do I request an App Store refund?
Apple handles App Store billing and refund decisions. Use Apple's Report a Problem website or Apple Support for purchase and refund requests. - How do I share a Purrscope?
Open a saved reading and use Share. Purrscope prepares a share card and opens Apple's system share sheet so you choose the recipient or destination. - How do I delete my data?
Delete individual readings or cat profiles from their app screens. To remove all local Purrscope content, open Settings and choose Delete All App Data, then confirm. Deleting the app also removes its local app container, subject to device backups and copies you shared elsewhere. - Is a Purrscope a real prediction?
No. Every Purrscope is playful entertainment. It is not veterinary, medical, financial, legal, safety, relationship, or other professional advice.
