Purrscope creates playful, fictional cat horoscopes for entertainment. A Purrscope is not a factual prediction, professional opinion, or statement about a cat's health, behavior, emotions, intentions, or future events. Do not rely on it to make medical, veterinary, legal, financial, safety, relationship, or other important decisions.
Use of Purrscope
You may use Purrscope for personal, lawful entertainment. You are responsible for the photographs, names, profile details, and other content you place in the app and for obtaining any permissions needed to photograph, store, or share that content.
Artificial Intelligence and Generated Content
Purrscope uses Apple on-device technologies to analyze photos and author or select entertainment content. Automated systems can be unavailable, incomplete, inconsistent, or incorrect. Generated text may not perfectly describe a photograph and should not be treated as verified information. Purrscope may decline to generate a reading when no cat is detected or when on-device intelligence is unavailable.
Animal Safety
Do not disturb, restrain, frighten, or place a cat in danger to obtain a photo or use the app. Follow ordinary animal-care guidance and contact a qualified veterinarian for health or behavior concerns.
Seven-Day Preview and Permanent Unlock
Purrscope includes a seven-day preview. After the preview, continued full access requires the optional permanent unlock offered as a one-time App Store in-app purchase. It is not a subscription and does not renew. The price and availability shown by the App Store control and may vary by region. Use Restore Purchase in the app to restore an eligible purchase using the same Apple Account.
Refunds and App Store Billing
Apple processes purchases and refund requests under its App Store rules. TenXsecurities LLC does not receive your full payment-card details and cannot directly issue App Store refunds. You can request help with an Apple purchase through Apple's purchase-support channels.
Apple App Store EULA
If you download Purrscope from the App Store, Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies unless a separate EULA is displayed in the App Store listing. These terms supplement that agreement and do not replace rights that cannot legally be waived.
Your Content and Sharing
You retain responsibility for content you store or share. A shared Purrscope card may contain a cat photo, cat name, or generated text. Review it before sharing and choose recipients carefully. TenXsecurities LLC is not responsible for a recipient's further use of content you share.
Local Records and Backups
Purrscope stores app content locally. You are responsible for protecting your iPhone and any device backups. Features, records, or content may be lost because of device failure, deletion, operating-system changes, software defects, or lack of backup. Do not use Purrscope as the only copy of an important photograph.
Acceptable Use
You may not use Purrscope or this website to violate law, infringe rights, distribute malicious content, harass others, interfere with the app or website, bypass purchase controls, or attempt unauthorized access to systems or data.
Intellectual Property
Purrscope, its name, logo, artwork, bundled messages, software, and website content are owned by or licensed to TenXsecurities LLC. You may not copy, redistribute, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit them except as allowed by law, the applicable App Store license, or written permission.
Changes and Availability
Features, device requirements, Apple Intelligence availability, pricing, and regional availability may change. We may update these terms as Purrscope or applicable requirements evolve. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.
Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Purrscope and this website are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of accuracy, uninterrupted availability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. TenXsecurities LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from use of Purrscope or this website. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, so they may not apply to you.
